Great place to camp.alone or in a group
Toilets which are dirty but usable (2 of them at least). Main reason for 2 stars is because of the cockerel waking everyone up at 4 in the morning. Be aware of that if you plan to come.
Cracking little campsite with very friendly owners & their children. Ideally situated for visiting Avebury and Wiltshire's stunning countryside, villages & pubs. Our 2 daughters had to be literally winched out of the communal caravan which they loved playing in.The facilities are basic & adequate, with improvements ongoing. Quail & hen eggs @ 1.10 a box. Free fire wood. Flat dry pitches.Real camping. :)
Wondering quiet camp site that provides complimentary wood burners and wood for a charity donation. Lovely little toilet block and run by a really nice couple. I rectify you want to escape busy life
