When my garage told me I needed to go to the Peugeot specialist I thought I was going to have to pay a huge amount. When I got there they looked at my car, told me my local garage had made a mistake and explained it and they didn't charge me anything. Very courteous and professional throughout.
Had my car in for 3 days before they decided that they needed a new sensor then another 2 days for them to test it. Did not keep me in the loop. I had to do the chasing. Before when I have used them I got a clean car, not this time.Update: car in again for a different fault and Customer service is better, being kept informed of what is happening. Nice car to drive as well, until mine is repaired.
Somebody needs to give the guy in the parts department a happy pill. Peugeot parts are a rip off anyway at least they could come with a smile.
Fantastic service, non pushy sales staff, very fair pricing. A unique experience. Would highly recommend.
