Great online service, appointment waiting times are very long, often several weeks, but not tried in an emergency
Just phoned to make an appointment (11th April), First available date 14th May. Wow!! Not the surgery's fault. Just shows how under funded the NHS is. Hope the problem doesn't deteriorate!
Polite staff. Very hard to get through on phone and long waiting times for dates as to be expected with NHS. But staff are lovely.
The staff are very professional but the waiting times, when calling the surgery, are unacceptable! I waited to speak to an operator for 15 minutes (I was number one in the queue ) on my second call (number two in the queue by then) I did not wait for an answer, another 15 minutes wasted time.... That was at 14.30 - I would have expected it to be a quiet time...
Lovley staff and Dr's here, great online system, phone lines not so great take a while to pick up and phone lines do not open at 8am like it says online.
