I telephone odered a bouquet at nine am for a noon delivery as my Alison was having surgery later that day, 12.30 on telephoning the shop only too be informed the delivery had gone too no 1 & not no 14, on collecting the flowers which had been put on the door step of an empty house with a for sale sign in the garden & Lastly the card & envelope had two different names on which came with the flowers.... What a poor customer service all round... Very Disappointed......
