Was led to believe the deposit would be returned straightaway only to find out it takes 3-4!Am now stuck in Southampton - Im a carer and cant get to my careee because of their misleading sales patter.Very unhappy.
Initial contact did not fill me with confidence, but we needed to move at short notice and Zelf were available. Despite this, Sean, Chris and team were excellent and made the move run smoothly with packing up the vans and unloading the other side.

I recently used Zelf for home removals and storage. I found them to be very competitively priced, and they gave me excellent advice concerning the packing I was doing for myself . The other items they were packing for me were done very professionally. As the office is locally based I could pop in for extra boxes and supplies as I was using them. On the moving day they arrived punctually and worked relentlessly. I virtually had to tie them down to get them to stop for a cup of tea! Throughout the whole process Zelf (Kevin & Mark in the office and Jason & Sean doing the actual removals) were helpful, polite, friendly, good humoured and thoroughly professional. I will of course be using them to transfer my belongings into my new home when the time comes and would not hesitate in recommending them to others. Thank you Zelf!
