Placed a very expensive order, told they would ring me to confirm a date that the order is in to organise a fitting date by 2 weeks time.. waited and waited.. nothing for 3.5 weeks so I rang them and asked and they suddenly had the order come in but had no slots for fittings for another 2-3 weeks. We decided to take a full refund due to awful communication and organisation by the shop. We found a local business and are very impressed with them instead. Never again with carpet right.
Now that Holly is back we have been to order more flooring. Whilst she was away unwell it was chaos, nobody was able to answer questions or give details; very poor. Carpetright you should be so glad you have Holly
Very poor experience. When we walked into the shop the sales woman told me that we had 10 minutes as she was leaving at 4pm because she had been there all day. Website says opening time on Sundays is to 4.30pm. I asked for a sample and when I said I could only bring it back on Wednesday she told me it had to be back the following day. At this point I turned around and walked out. Very poor manners and attitude. Will never go back to Carpetright. I wanted to put no stars on the review but it wont allow me to post unless I put 1 star.
Carpet fitting worked out at 4 a square metre, having confirmed that the fitter would be collecting the carpet from them, I was still charged 29.99 delivery and a mysterious "fitting service administration" fee of 33.06 , and according to my receipt 10 to take the offcuts away, I feel like I have been conned/
