After joining this gym as someone who was very out of shape I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Adam and his team coach with skill, care and patience no matter what your ability and I can't thank them enough for helping me work towards a stronger, fitter and, most importantly, healthier me.
An excellent Crossfit gym run by Adam and his team. Thought I was fit before but over past 4months have gone up another level. The community ethos drives further improvement amongst all members whatever your fitness level. Varied workouts and exceptional one to one coaching in class enables members to improve quickly. Great value for money!

I have been going to Bentleys for nearly 2 years now and I have never stuck at any form of fitness for more than a few months, the reason I have stuck with Bentley is due to the variation of workouts,the motivational people and most importantly u get results. Best gym around, highly recommend.
