I am a "new comer" to team PURE GRIT. But already feel as though I have been coming for as long as some of the "old lags".. Great welcoming team. Lots of encouragement, and motivation. Varied classes, plus 1to1 training. I am going to be a regular for sure and BOOTCAMP - well I love it ;-)
I love the Saturday morning wander woman class and am looking forward to trying more. A fab gym with fab people running it. If youre slightly nervous of the standard gyms with lots of people in there at once, then this place is ideal.
Ive always been so nervous to actually go to a personal trainer as I've never liked the though of other people watching me but at pure grit its just you and your pt and ive never felt more comfortable before. They make you feel so comfortable and help you any possible way they can!! Thank you guys so much for everything so far!
Pure Grit is a fantastic studio to train in. The machines and weights are top of the range and well maintained. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. I've been training with them for 9 months now and the advice and encouragement I receive is what keeps me coming back for more both about fitness and nutrition. I always look forward to my sessions and my strength and confidence are greater thanks to their investment in me.
Cannot speak more highly of Pure Grit. Amazing studio for PT especially for those fairly new to fitness, always such a great atmosphere in there and staff are incredible. If you're wanting the results you've always dreamed of, join up!!!! I've been going for nearly 2 months and already seeing results, Zowie is a real inspiration and wish I had joined up sooner.
