One of the best pubs in Devizes good atmosphere good music
This pub changed tenants a few months ago and the outgoing people were a hard act to follow. But the incoming tenants are friendly and really haven't changed how the place looks and feels. They usually have three cask ales on tap, at very inexpensive prices and I've always had a good pint in there. It's a cosy place with live music most weekends, a beer festival in the summer and a large courtyard with plenty of seating. Dogs are positively welcomed. One of the top three pubs in Devizes.
A very welcoming and friendly atmosphere both to musicians and customers. I have played there several times and it is refreshing to have such a welcoming pub, whose owners encourage new music and local musicians. Can't recommend it enough. Musicians NEED venues like this and customers who appreciate and endorse the music we create.
