A friend had their car serviced and was charged well more than expected. Checked with another local mechanic and they confirmed the service was overpriced by at least 30%.
Rang the garage on 27th of December in the hope theyd be able to fix the brakes on my car the following day before a long drive, kind gentleman on the phone explained that they were very busy due to the Christmas period but theyd see what they could do. Upon dropping my car off at around 9am they were obviously very busy, they had rang me by 10am explaining what the problem was, which parts they needed and a price to fix it! Car was fixed by the afternoon! Amazing team, so so helpful and understanding. Thank you!
Appalling and rude service - I phoned them in tears as I was stuck in my car with no petrol 8 mins away from them with my three year old in the back and late to pick up my 6year old from school - I got the address wrong as I am not from the area and after they couldnt find me they left me there - they didnt phone to say they couldnt find me. When I phoned them back the man I spoke to was so rude shouting at me despite my apologies and hung up on me twice refusing to help me and leaving me stranded. I was appalled by his manner and by the fact he wouldnt help someone who was clearly distressed and helpless thank goodness for a neighbouring garage who was also disgusted by their behaviour! Wouldnt ever go there again and wouldnt recommend them either
Repaired car DANGEROUSLY. Was worse than before it went it. Avoid.
This garage rents space to Devizes Car Dealers Ltd, Mr G Swain who has been found guilty on ten counts of fraud and theft. He is awaiting sentence later this month. Also since being found guilty he has changed his trading name to Roundway Car Sales Ltd ! So beware. He has been swindling people with car sales for over six years but Police and Councils do nothing. We all wonder why and even though he has admitted guilt to all charges made this thing is still trading ?
