The guys were helpful and tyre repaired instead of full replacement. Strange music with narration around the start if QFIT coming through the speakers? Would prefer normal local radio. Glad to see refurbished reception. Although I'd hate to think last time cleaned! To be expected with what they do. I think the lads could do with a bit of basic service training ie greeting customers when they walk in not looking at your pc screen, informing customer what work you are going to do before doing it. But as I said nice lads. Would go again.
MOT done quickly and efficiently. My booking over the phone had not been recorded, but he was able to do it only half an hour later than booked time.
Pleasant service. Only one office staff member present so individual service was 'guaranteed' and we didn't feel rushed. The necessary information was provided regarding the items booked in for and a time estimate was given. We returned mid way between the early and latest time for completion and the job was done. Everything was explained to our satisfaction. The only very minor point I would like to make is that it would just be the 'finishing touch' if the tyre fitting soap/grease excess was washed/cleaned off instead of being left to 'splatter' over the tyres etc. It leads to a look that reflects unkindly on the otherwise very good service. Would I use this service again.....hopefully in about another 30+ thousand miles yes I would.
I have only visited this site twice to get a puncture repaired both at weekends and both took over 2 hours. Morale is do not try to get a Kwik (yes pun was intended) service from here on a weekend. Management need to sort out weekend work rotas when they are busiest !!
