I don't live locally but was travelling through the area on business when the door mirror on my Cayenne seriously starting thinking about detaching itself from the vehicle. Stopping at the nearest lay-by I did a quick google search and found that Steve Bull was only a few miles away. I turned up totally unannounced at their premises and they could not have been more welcoming or accommodating.....even though I did explain I was not local and unlikely to return in the future! This didn't matter one jot to them as they stopped what they were doing and immediately took my car into the workshops and set about fixing it. Whilst waiting I was given a drink and made to feel like a really valued customer. After only 20 minutes the job was completed I was given a full explanation of exactly what was done. I left a very happy customer not only with the welcome and speed/efficiency of the repair but also the price charged. Well done to everyone at Steve Bull Specialist Car Sales.
