Overpriced, rude on the phone. Van was in worse condition when got back. New mechanics were shocked by the work carried out. Steer clear.
Terrible service - booked in to do 1 job and an mot. They had the car all day to do the job and an mot at the end of the day. They called at the end of the day to say they hadnt done the work and they had done an mot so it failed as the work had not been done. Shocking
DO NOT GO HERE!Booked in for a full service got priced at 400. Then had more work of 450 to do two weeks later. The car was not worth that much as if it was priced up to start with would not have had any work done. They do not record the work they do properly and missed giving advisories on tires. Which caused the car to fail an MOT 1400 miles after a full service which no advisory was given. The service is slow and disorganised.The staff are very rude when calling to check on the progress of the car. They would not give advice on when stuff would be done and then said at 4:30 it'll need another day.Go anywhere but here
Pretty efficient local mechanics. Can be very busy at times and need to keep hassling them but very useful local garage.
